This is a part-time position with significant opportunity for growth. Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Invoice and Expense Processing: Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring adherence to all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Month-End / Year-End Support: Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate basic financial reports as required.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as filing, document management, and responding to vendor inquiries.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry of financial information.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in basic bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of trust accounting and commission calculations specific to the real estate industry is an asset.
  • Experience with Lone Wolf is an asset.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, preferably within a service-based industry.
Work Schedule
  • Part-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Typical schedule (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM); we are flexible and can work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.

Pay : From $21.00 per hour
