Job summary

LightForm Canada Inc in Edmonton is seeking an Accounting Assistant focused on Accounts Payable, supporting the broader accounting and purchasing cycles.

You will process AP transactions, communicate with vendors, ensure on-time payments and take advantage of early pay discounts, reconcile bank and credit card statements, and maintain GL accounts.

This integral team member works with the Controller and purchasing team and enjoys development opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of Canadian business experience working in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
