Job description

Effective April 1, 2024, the salary range for this position is $76,231 to $109,842 per year in compliance with AMAPCEO collective agreement provisions. The new rates, effective retroactive to April 1, 2024, were recently confirmed, and dates for implementation are still to be determined.

The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development is seeking a talented, passionate financial professional with a desire to serve the public by applying accounting and reporting expertise to influence government decision-making.

If you are results-oriented with the ability to think strategically while paying attention to details, this role is for you. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to impact the delivery of the ministry's mandate. You will be an integral part of our team, providing guidance and recommendations to ministry partners and ensuring property government reporting and best practices are upheld.
