Accounting and Finance Consulting - Manager, Strategic Finance and FP&A, Advanced Decision Modeling (Location Flexible/Hybrid)

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing multiple engagements within our Technical Accounting Consulting practice, providing technical accounting and advisory services.
2. Demonstrating advanced knowledge of complex accounting concepts.
3. Delivering high-quality client service, coordinating work plans, and managing client deliverables.
4. Collaborating with subject matter experts on complex accounting issues.
5. Preparing technical memos and supervising engagement teams.
6. Overseeing engagement economics and resource management.
7. Addressing client concerns, escalating issues, and identifying improvement opportunities.
8. Developing team members through mentoring and training.
9. Participating in business development and maintaining client relationships.
10. Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent.
• 6+ years in public accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, with experience in insurance and reinsurance accounting, LDTI, and statutory reporting.
• Proven leadership in managing staff and multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• At least 4 years of team leadership experience.
