Job summary

MIP Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our growing team in an hybrid Anjou area setting. You will handle full-cycle accounting activities and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong knowledge of Canadian tax processes. Growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package are offered.

We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our growing team! If you have 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and account reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions
• Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting and tax requirements
• Support ERP initiatives (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• ERP experience is an asset
• Knowledge of GST/HST, QST, and Canadian tax processes
• Bilingual (English & French)
