Responsibilities
-Accurately process and verify vendor invoices, making sure they're coded correctly and follow company policies.
-Execute payments using electronic transfers, checks, and other approved methods.
-Reconcile vendor statements and quickly resolve any discrepancies.
-Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and all supporting documents.
-Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including financial reporting and accruals.
-Analyze and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial data is always accurate.

Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years of experience as Accounting Analyst
-Proficiency with Sage 300 and Excel
-Strong communication, both written and verbal
-Comfortable working fully onsite
