Job description

Are you starting your career in accounting and administration? Western Toyota is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting/Admin Clerk to support our accounting department and office operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced work environment.

The Accounting/Admin Clerk will assist with accounts payable/receivable and input/review monthly accounting data for our dealerships according to established procedures. This role also involves other administrative duties including data entry, scanning, and filing documents.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Daily tasks including data entry for accounts payable and receivable
  • Respond to routine inquiries via phone and email
  • Perform general office duties, such as scanning, filing, and mail distribution
  • Provide support to senior accounting staff as needed
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial and administrative records
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma in accounting or office administration
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and oral interaction).
