Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance team. The Accountant will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting senior staff in managing day-to-day accounting and finance functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about accounting and looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Tasks :

1. General Accounting : Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting tasks. Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and working papers for financial review by senior management.
2. Financial Statements : Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, track payments, and ensure timely payment and collection of accounts.
4. Reconciliation : Assist in monthly bank and account reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy.
5. Data Entry : Input financial transactions into SAP, maintaining data integrity.
6. Financial Reporting : Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
7. Expense Management : Monitor and report on company expenses; prepare expense reports as needed.
8. Tax Compliance : Assist with tax-related tasks, including filings and audits support.
9. Audit Support : Provide documentation and data for internal and external audits.
10. Document Management : Organize and maintain financial documents per company policies.
11. Additional Tasks : Collaborate with other finance teams to support daily accounting and finance operations.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certifications : Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA or similar qualification is an asset.
• Experience : 3-7 years in accounting or finance.
