• Reconcile corporate credit card statements
• Process electronic payments and cheques
• Review, analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Entry, update of journal entries
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place to help safeguard company assets
• Support for the annual external financial statement audit
• Provide support and back-up for month-end reporting
• Focus on process improvements
• Automation of processes and control

About the Opportunity

About You

• University degree in accounting or business
• Working towards CPA Accounting designation, with 2 years relevant experience
• Ability to work both independently and as an integrated member of a team
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with ERP systems
• Exposure to the distribution industry an asset

Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000/year
