The firm is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll manage daily financial operations, support month-end reporting, mentor junior team members, and help drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end financial reports and reconciliations
  • Oversee billing, payroll, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
  • Mentor and support Finance team members
  • Assist with developing financial policies and internal controls
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA or working toward designation
  • Strong full-cycle accounting experience
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
