Description
As a Parking Account Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations across multiple parking locations. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and landlords, oversee site maintenance and supply logistics, and support administrative and business development efforts. This position requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with landlords and property managers. Respond to and follow up on customer requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the tracking and resolution of incident reports and damage claims, including customer communication regarding safety and liability concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of necessary supplies to various locations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to Account Managers (detailed below)
- Actively manage assigned parking locations, taking ownership of staff performance, client satisfaction, and report deliverables.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying leads, engaging prospects, and managing sales cycles through to completion.
- Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Administrative Duties
- Must be fluent in Microsoft with extensive experience in Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc
- Perform general admin duties including invoicing, PO issuing, monthly reports
- Continual communication with Patrollers on any updates to their duties
- Familiar with AP and AR
- Provide information to customers on Monthly Parking
- Process cash transactions and deposits
- Correspondence and communication with all company departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be mobile and able to attend client sites
- Coordination of staffing for attended site based on regular manpower requirements and site activity.
- Completion of paperwork related to invoicing and processing Patroller expenses.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, facilities, or account supervision
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- High level of energy, initiative, and a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
