The Role

Are you ready to take your career in public relations to the next level? We're seeking a collaborative, strategic, and client-focusedAccount Supervisor to join our Consumer team in Toronto. This individual will serve as a key client partner, helping to lead campaign execution and team performance while shaping impactful work that drives results.

We’re looking for someone who brings a passion for influencer marketing, earned media, and integrated brand storytelling—someone who is detail-oriented and solutions-focused, ready to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and help deepen client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supervise and manage junior team members, providing feedback, coaching, and support to foster growth.
  • Promote collaborative, inclusive team culture and support onboarding of new hires and junior talent.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through accountability, reliability, and proactive leadership.

Client & Craft

  • Build strong client relationships and operate as a day-to-day client lead across multiple accounts.
  • Monitor social, media, and cultural trends, identifying proactive opportunities for clients.
  • Plays a key role in the development of strategic plans from start to finish with team leadership support.
  • Develop and oversee initial drafts of strategic client materials, including messaging documents, social copy, influencer briefs, news releases and earned media plans.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, ensuring clarity, preparation, and alignment across all deliverables.
  • Manage and implement client feedback processes with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Manage campaign budgets, under senior team members’ supervision. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and aligned to strategy.
  • Contribute to new business efforts, including research, brainstorming, and proposal development.

Influencer & Media Relations

  • Lead influencer marketing efforts, from influencer recommendation and vetting to brief development and content review to contract oversight and KPI tracking.
  • Develop earned influencer and media strategies and outreach plans, maintaining strong influencer and media relationships and securing high-quality coverage and reporting.
  • Oversee the creation of influencer and media lists, pitch development, earned mailer recommendations and media/influencer reporting.
  • Support planning and execution of media/influencer events and experiential activations.

About You

  • 5-7 years of communications experience, ideally in an agency setting and working with Consumer and/or lifestyle brands.
  • Supportive team player with strong leadership, organizational, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Experienced in client service, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experienced in generating and implementing creative ideas and integrated storytelling plans.
  • Strong expertise in both earned and paid influencer strategy.
  • Skilled in guiding and analyzing research to uncover news, insights and competitor trends that support impactful recommendations to team and clients.
  • Toronto-based with flexibility for in-person client support and event attendance as needed.
  • Demonstrates professionalism through punctuality, reliability, and proactive engagement while maintaining self-motivation in pursuing personal and professional growth.
  • French language skills are considered an asset.
