What is the opportunity?
As an Account Services agent within Creditor Insurance, you will provide and/or servicing of all client transactions executed on the Fulfillment Team (including complex transactions), using extensive knowledge of related RBCI products and services. You will assume ownership and personal accountability for resolution of any issues related to the specific group, function or process. You will act as a referral point for other team members for the applicable policy, process and procedure to support Client First and adherence to operational risk, compliance and AML requirements.
What will you do?
• Maintain accurate records ensuring integrity of data (e.g. Service Platform, ISR, correspondence, internal accounts and records, etc.)
• Provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to achievement of business Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Proactively identify and recommend solutions to recurring errors and service gaps and inefficiencies and make recommendations for value added enhancements to appropriate parties by submitting MBIs after discussion with Team Manager
• Ensure all authorities for the role (delegated authorities, SECAF, systems access etc.) are adhered to, reviewed and understood
• Ensure adherence to Global Information Risk Management framework and Global Compliance mandated policies and procedures
• Complete all transactions/reports/documents to ensure compliance/adherence with policies/procedures/guidelines

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills and open to feedback both ways
• Adaptability to change
• Attention to details to mitigate risk and financial impact to business and Client
Nice to have:
• Sound knowledge of Creditor Insurance, strong in numerical analysis, systems and ability to work in fast pace environment
• Bilingual (fluency in both English and French)
Special Conditions
Flexibility to work shifts within the hours of business, which are Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm.
