What is the opportunity?

As an Account Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing routine data entry and online input of transactions using a basic understanding of products and processes. Activities may also include balancing transactions and deposits received from clients and branches, with an emphasis on throughput, accuracy, and productivity.

Day Shift: 6am-5pm – depending on the task

What will you do?

  • Examine all documents for completeness and take full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of daily responsibilities, tasks, and activities, ensuring a focus on enhanced client experience.
  • Receive training on various processes, including processing different types of data and reception.
  • Be comfortable with computer applications and multitasking across various programs.
  • Follow operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines diligently.
  • Take personal accountability for your career development by participating in weekly coaching sessions and aiming for high achievement.
  • Prepare and pack outgoing/incoming cash parcels.
  • Unpack and sort incoming parcels and cash deposits from armored car carriers.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • A passion for clients and their needs.
  • Data entry skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and stay organized.
  • Flexibility to work different hours within business hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment, either sitting or standing for the entire shift, and perform physically demanding roles, including lifting up to 40-50 lbs.
