YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Manager of Accounts Receivable, the Technician, Accounts Receivable is responsible for accurately recording global wholesale customer and franchisee payments received into the Business. The Technician, Accounts Receivable is also responsible for documenting chargebacks as per department procedures and supports the preparation of documentation for FOB customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Retrieve customer and franchisee payment remittances and debit memos.
  • Accurately apply all payments daily.
  • Maintain chargeback records.
  • Support the preparation of billing documentation for FOB customers
  • Ensure correct sales cut off at month end
  • Fulfill external audit requirements
  • Perform other related duties
