How you create impact
  • Responsible for managing the Key Accounts Receivable portfolio, which primarily consist of the Global and National Key accounts.
  • Coordinating communication with Key Account Sales Managers including GKAM or NKAM for proper escalation of credit/collection situations.
  • Liaise with the Credit Risk and Credit Control Tower teams for ultimate escalation of credit limit situation with both external and internal customers.
  • Work with Branch, Department and RCC/OCC Managers.
  • Communication consisting of daily calls/emails to external customers utilizing available tools.
  • General accounting responsibilities including ensuring that credit goals are achieved, and accurate business records and sound bookkeeping procedures are maintained.
  • Reporting duties when required for both external and internal customers.
  • Problem solving skills including Invoice Dispute Management
  • Assist with reconciling/matching customers’ accounts when required.
  • Assist various levels of management with any/all queries regarding business health and trends (i.e. billing, GP, volume, Collections, etc.)
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in an acccounts receivable/payable role.
  • 3+ years in a customer/client service role.
  • Intermediate or advanced competency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables).
  • Post-secondary education qualification in business, finance, accounting or related field.
  • Credit certification would be an asset.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
