We are seeking a dynamic and organized Hybrid Account Manager / Project Manager to support a leading client in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space, specializing in household and personal care products. This freelance role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention within the household and personal goods sector.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of key initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, and product development to support client goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategies to increase efficiency and client value.
  • Track project milestones and report regularly on status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
