Job summary

Kubik is seeking an Account/Project Coordinator to support high‑volume graphics and wayfinding programs in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll coordinate projects, track timelines, and ensure deliverables meet brand and technical standards.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clarity and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Review files for accuracy before release.
  • Double-check measurements, quantities, materials and installation notes.
  • Identify inconsistencies or errors early and elevate when needed.

Account/Project Coordinator - Graphics/Wayfinding

This role supports high‑volume graphics and wayfinding programs for one of our key clients, where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are everything.

What You’ll Do:

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate high‑volume graphics and wayfinding projects.
  • Track project requirements, artwork, approvals, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare job briefs, update project trackers, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Client & Internal Communication

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clarity and follow‑through.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

Quality & Detail Management

  • Review files for accuracy before release.
  • Double‑check measurements, quantities, materials, and installation notes.

What You Bring:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Nice to Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, or production support.
  • Experience with graphics, signage, wayfinding, or print production is a strong asset.

Salary Range: $43K - 48K.

This salary range reflects an assessment of the local market and may vary based on the successful candidate’s experience. It represents the base salary only and does not include eligibility for bonus programs or other total rewards.
