So, what will your new role look like?
We are looking for an energetic and passionate person who will be responsible for renewing and expanding the value of our contracts with our customers by building solid relationships and offering the right solution to overcome their pains. As an Account Manager, you will ensure that our customers are getting everything they need to make the most out of their investment with Workleap so that they want to continue partnering and growing with us year after year. You will have the chance to manage small, medium, and large renewal customers from all around the world. You will act as a consultant with every customer interaction by quickly building credibility & sharing your unlimited Workleap knowledge.
As an Account Manager at Workleap, you will be joining a sales team that has a team-first mentality, taking pride in winning and growing together. Incredibly collaborative, innately motivated, and invested in continuous learning, this team is unlike your normal sales team. We put our customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. Our team is evolving in a fast-paced sales environment while educating clients on how to get the most out of their employees’ experience.
You’ll be joining a team of 4 dedicated Account Managers.
