About the Role

As an Account Manager – Owners Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new Embedded Network opportunities from existing clients in our WA portfolio and will manage a portfolio of Origin’s Centralised Energy Services Owners Corporation of Strata buildings. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position requires a proactive and strategic approach to maintain and enhance relationships, drive efficiencies and facilitate business growth. This is a full-time position with a hybrid of online, in-office and field-based meetings and events to attend across WA. A job facility vehicle will be included.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless contract management and renewal processes for existing sites.
  • Facilitate the acquisition of new embedded networks to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OC/Strata managers and facility managers.
  • Provide proactive advice and support on energy contracts and efficiency to Owners Corporations.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Origin Energy in the competitive energy industry.
About You
  • Similar experience in an Account Management or Sales role ideally in Energy, Utilities Solar, Building Management or Telecommunications.
  • Proficiency in information systems and contract management.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven time management and strategic thinking abilities; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to attend after-hours meetings as required.
