We are excited to announce that we are looking for an Account Manager Trainee to join our Sales team!

Here at Exceler8 Marketing, we have a diverse portfolio of clients for whom we handle brand positioning and marketing.

The Account Manager Trainee – Entry Level will support our growth by managing client accounts, aiming to increase the customer base, enhance brand recognition, and grow sales revenue.

Responsibilities include:

1. Using electronic tablets and smart technology to input and maintain customer information, sales records, and installation data, and to evaluate sales performance.
2. Interacting with clients one-on-one to provide excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, close sales, and upsell.
3. Scheduling follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and inform them about current promotions.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Experience in sales, customer service, communications, or client acquisition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle.
• Full-time availability.
