The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a day-to-day client contact, with a deep understanding of the Canadian media and influencer landscape; strong presentation skills; ability to write for different audiences; and varied client experience including B2B and B2C.

What You'll Do : Account Management :
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact across 4-6 diversified accounts
  • Develop integrated communications strategies
  • Lead client meetings, prepare materials, and manage follow-up communications
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively present solutions
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across traditional PR, digital, and influencer marketing
  • Develop tactical plans aligned with business goals, including objectives, strategy, engagement tactics, and KPIs
  • Stay informed about industry challenges and opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams on campaigns
  • Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee budgets and manage relationships with vendors and partners
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate across agency groups
Media & Influencer Relations :
  • Write compelling content like releases, pitches, backgrounders, and briefing documents
  • Manage media strategies to enhance brand visibility
  • Execute brand events and activations
  • Build relationships with national media and identify thought leadership opportunities
  • Secure coverage across various media outlets
  • Manage media monitoring and reporting
  • Oversee influencer programs from start to finish
Who You Are :
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive account management experience in a PR agency
  • Bachelor's degree and PR certification
  • Experience across sectors including consumer and B2B
  • Strategic thinker with excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of Canada's media landscape
  • Proficient in traditional and digital PR tactics
  • Experience with influencer platforms and PR tools
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
