TELUS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sector Account Manager to join our Commercial Mid Market team.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technological solutions to clients. You will manage a portfolio of 40 to 50 accounts, overseeing the entire sales cycle for an optimal customer experience. The ideal candidate has proven experience in commercial sales within the technology or telecommunications sector, with a deep understanding of digital transformation impacts across industries.
What you will do:
- Own the client relationship and strategic business planning, applying diverse strategies to inform decisions and shape relationships.
- Apply PSO (Premier Sales Organization) methodologies, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to create strategic plans with clear goals. Exceed PSO KPIs independently.
- Develop strategic account plans based on clients' business operations and financial health to identify sales opportunities.
- Communicate risks, impacts, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.
- Partner with the broader account team to create value propositions aligned with client needs and business vision to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by developing innovative approaches and managing inquiries for TELUS solutions. Maintain expertise in client industries and market trends.
- Manage potential leads for TELUS solutions.
- Prepare professional proposals for senior decision-makers, clearly communicating TELUS solutions and value propositions.

- Intermediate English skills required for interactions with external and internal parties.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a sales environment.

Salary Range: $69,000-$103,000
Performance Bonus/Sales Incentive: $50,000-100,000
