This role is a Hybrid position with 2 days onsite and 3 days work from home.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As the Account Manager you will market and sell SPP products and services to new and existing customers and manage enterprise-level contracted client relationships
  • Your customers are some of the most exciting and recognized brands in Canada and you are responsible for customer satisfaction and for the delivery of commitments made by the company
  • Much of your day is spent communicating with your customers to solve their challenges and interacting with SPP’s suppliers and internal resources to build the right solutions for our customers
  • While you are responsible for achieving team sales and profit goals, you are also designing and implementing strategic business plans and reviews for your customers, and always looking for ways to deepen your relationships and grow the sales within your Enterprise Accounts

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills with a flair for sales
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and execute work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude at all times even during stressful or difficult situations

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • You have at least 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to travel to visit to customers within Canada.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Your previous experience in the promotional merchandise industry
  • Proficient use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual in French and English preferred
