A career as an Account Manager in the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 team involves growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you. The role includes varied and complex tasks that will help you become a trusted advisor in your clients' financial projects.

The two positions are part of a cohort. This 6-month intensive program provides training on the Commercial Banking sector's products and services.

Upon completing the training, you will be offered a permanent role as an SME Account Manager.

Your Job Responsibilities :

  1. Meet business development objectives by offering solutions tailored to your clients' needs.
  2. Identify market opportunities for all bank products and services.
  3. Participate in visibility activities within your market.
  4. Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios.
  5. Negotiate product terms and conditions ensuring profitability.
  6. Maintain service quality standards and comply with risk management rules.

Your Team :

You will report to the Regional Vice President and work closely with a team of experts. Our team values passion and innovative ideas, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged.

Prerequisites :

  • University degree with 7 years of experience, or
  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or
  • Master's degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in business development.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
  • Established professional network with local SMEs.

Languages :

Proficiency in additional languages is required to serve clients speaking languages other than French.
