Small Business Banking is a dynamic division within TD's Business Banking Portfolio, aiming to be the Official Partner of Big Dreams for Canadian small and medium-sized businesses. We focus on building strong relationships with our clients, supporting their needs from starting a business to managing growth and transitions. Role Summary:

  • Building and expanding customer relationships within the community and networking with local business leaders.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Collaborating with Internal Branch Banking, Commercial Banking Centers, and Wealth partners to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and sharing knowledge within your team.
  • Fostering a positive team environment and ensuring effective communication.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree or relevant entry-level experience; coursework in Accounting/Finance is a plus.

  • Mobility to both Kelowna locations.
