About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Manager roleprovides the opportunity to represent LeverageTek Staffing Solutionsto existing, highly valued customers who have come to love andappreciate what we bring to the table. Approximately 75% of this B2Boutside sales role will be focused on maintaining and nurturingexisting (live!) customer relationships, while 25% will be focused onspring-boarding off these successes into developing new business. Youare an experienced relationship-builder with high EQ, and you possessan ability to ‘farm’ existing business like no other. You have a castiron work ethic and your steadfast follow up skills and client-servicementality are professional attributes that make you stand out amongstyour peers. Personal integrity is at the root of all decisions youmake. You have a strong aptitude, and you are very curious by nature.You love tracking upcoming customer needs, understanding theirprojects, and positioning your company to deliver. You are so alignedand in tune with your customers’ success that they often forget thatyou are an outside supplier and not a trusted internal partner.
