Responsibilities
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Preparing and delivering accurate pricing quotes, reviewing project feasibility, and ensuring compliance with standards
  • Coordinating with design, production, logistics, and other departments to keep projects on track
  • Initiating permit layouts and liaising with municipalities to secure approvals
  • Conducting site visits to ensure project details are accurate and strengthen client engagement
  • Documenting all client interactions, quotes, and project updates with precision
  • Proactively identifying challenges and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction
What You Bring
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and terminology (hands-on, coordination, or project management experience is a strong asset)
  • 5–10 years of experience in construction, project coordination, project management, or customer service roles
  • A relevant certificate or equivalent experience
  • Safety-minded, dependable, and professional work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfort learning new systems
Location & Requirements
  • This is a Kamloops-based role. Candidates must be willing to work in-office.
  • Candidates must also be legally eligible to work in Canada.
