Are you hungry for success and ready to break into tech sales? We're looking for a high-energy, self-motivated POS Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a sales "hunter" who thrives on closing new business and wants to build a high-earning career. If you have experience in the grocery or restaurant industry and are considering a career change, we want to hear from you.
You'll be selling modern POS systems and services to independent retailers, restaurants, and franchise businesses-helping them upgrade their operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and present customized POS solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
Stay current on POS trends, competitive offerings, and client industry needs.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales OR strong knowledge of the grocery or restaurant industry (management, operations, etc.).
Highly motivated and driven to succeed-this is a hunter role.
Comfortable with prospecting, cold calls, and high-rejection environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and products.
CRM experience is a plus (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
