Account Manager – Hybrid Paid Search and Paid Social
OVERVIEW:

The Account Manager – Paid Search and Paid Social is responsible for developing and leading the paid search and paid social media strategies and executing these tactics across multiple channels. As the Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations and support of a global client’s paid search and social initiatives. This includes developing strategies and managing the execution of campaigns aligned with the client’s business objectives.

YOUR IMPACT:
  • Manage paid search and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Create, manage, and execute strategic paid search and social plans that meet client goals.
  • Define campaign strategies and deliverables that exceed client expectations.
  • Create, present, and secure client approval for campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Oversee, deliver, and lead account management processes.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance to maximize client ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sister agencies on campaign development.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and expectation management.
  • Build on existing paid search and social media expertise, fostering innovation and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend account improvements.
  • Lead the creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices, and process documentation.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing paid search and paid social campaigns.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search and paid social.
  • Professional interaction skills suitable for dealing with clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Technical and analytical mindset.
