Your Role and Impact

The Account Manager will handle all sales activities in the Central Ontario region. Responsibilities include building relationships, managing and engaging with resellers and end-users, and driving sales across channel, corporate, and education sectors. The candidate will independently identify, target, sell, and support ViewSonic’s product range, focusing on raising awareness of presentation solutions. Ideally, the candidate will reside in the greater Toronto area and work with our established national sales team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Engage with partners to promote presentation solutions within the territory
  • Present product solutions and conduct demonstrations
  • Become an expert in ViewSonic solutions, including hardware, software, and professional development
  • Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans in collaboration with the Channel Marketing team
  • Maintain and submit pipeline reports and provide forecasts
  • Provide updates on products, promotions, pricing, and services to market research and sales management
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing activities
  • Conduct sales calls targeting corporate and enterprise end-user accounts and prospects to drive revenue and build relationships
  • Conduct training events for end-users to increase product knowledge
  • Identify key end-user accounts to establish ViewSonic as a preferred technology brand
  • Maintain and grow volume levels with existing accounts and promote growth in the region
  • Target strategic customers and implement new programs to improve communication and relations
  • Build and maintain a contact database including main contacts, projects, standards, opportunities, and marketing needs using SFDC
  • Support management in reviewing and refining strategies and tactics

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in sales through reseller channels
  • Vendor experience is preferred
  • At least 5 years in the technology product industry, including experience with end-users at director level, AV integrators, and resellers
  • Professional demeanor with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated with high activity levels and ability to handle a fast pace
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel 60% or more for business
  • Passion for technology
