About the role
Alvéole is seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join its Customer Success team. This individual will play a critical role in deepening relationships with key commercial real estate stakeholders and driving retention and expansion of a book of business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Serve as a central point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded
  • Plan and deliver Business Reviews and Success Plans to review progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Monitor customer usage data, customer interactions, and health indicators, and translate into strategies for account retention and growth
Consultative Selling:
  • Understand your customers’ ESG objectives and challenges, and develop tailored solutions using Alvéole’s offering
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to key stakeholders
  • Provide customers with expert advice on sustainability best practices and how to integrate our solutions into their ESG strategies
Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the commercial real estate sector
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Alvéole and its solutions
Skills & Experience
  • At least 1 year experience in a strategic in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management role in B2B environments
  • Keeps energy and motivation high under pressure
  • Goal-driven mindset (hustler attitude)
  • Hunger to exceed quotas and targets
  • Experience contributing to or owning initiatives that will help build the foundation of an evolving team
  • Resourcefulness with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities and strategies accordingly
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
