Job description

HubOS provides a consultative selling approach to businesses across Manitoba. Our goal is to be the #1 provider of managed IT services, security, and infrastructure required to run a successful and secure business from anywhere. Our Account Executives are responsible for growing wallet share within their book of business as well as attracting new clients.

The Account Manager will focus on:

  1. Managing sales cycles from $5,000-$200,000 from opening to close
  2. Ensuring all KPI and revenue targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by selling all lines of business
  3. Creating and presenting personalized meeting documentation
  4. Maintaining client satisfaction

Expectations/Role Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Process Management
  2. Identify, research, strategize, and close business opportunities in your assigned territory
  3. Develop effective processes to seek out new clients to onboard business with current and competitive clients
  4. Manage ~400 accounts with the help of a Business Development Resource
  5. Phone and Email Sales & Marketing
  6. Pipeline Growth in all lines of business
  7. Forecasting accurately to Management
  8. Keep up-to-date records on customer information using CRM

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. 2+ years of sales experience is an asset.
  2. College or University Degree
  3. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
  4. Tech-savvy: ability to understand technical products, cloud services, and data security and to communicate technical information clearly and simply to non-technical people
  5. Customer-centric, self-starter who is looking to join a technology company and drive growth through innovation
  6. Always maintains professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
  7. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals
  8. Excellent people skills – empathetic, understanding, persuasive, collaborative, calm under stress, and a team player
  9. Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  10. Proven sales ability with the capability to meet and surpass targets and goals
  11. Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  12. High level of integrity and work ethic

Salary Expectations:

  • Unlimited earning potential: base pay + uncapped commissions + Bonus opportunities
