Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with Account Executive to build and propose customized campaigns focused on clients needs, targets and the company strategies.
  • Carry out sales confirmations and post-analyses.
  • Collaborate on upcoming adjustments, replacements, and negotiations
  • Prepare various reports including projections, pacing, presented/confirmed campaigns, and the client's purchase historic.
  • Gather research and marketing data to produce presentations.
  • Support the team during demanding sales periods (launches, calendar negotiations, etc.).
  • Work effectively in liaison with the various departments.
  • Demonstrate and maintain positive and professional interpersonal relationships with key clients/agencies.
  • Participate in industry activities related to the position.
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in communication, marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience in media sales, an asset.

Bilingualism required:

In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
