Work Model: 100% on-site, Monday-Friday at our downtown Halifax office. This position requires full in-office presence.

Salary: $60K+ weekly commissions, car allowance, and cell allowance.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  • Increase sales and market share through existing and new accounts
  • Manage customer relationships using tools like Salesforce and Hoovers
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand needs and build relationships
  • Prepare and present sales proposals
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to identify client needs, qualify candidates, and gather feedback

Qualifications:

Educational & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar, or military experience, or 2-4 years of B2B sales experience (management experience preferred but not required)
  • At least 2 years of successful private sector sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas at TEKsystems
  • Strong problem-solving skills leveraging partner networks and market data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High professionalism, sense of urgency, and presentation skills
  • Desire for continuous growth and industry knowledge expansion
