Work Model : 100% on site, Monday-Friday in our downtown Halifax office. This position requires you to be in office, fully.

Salary : $60K+ weekly commission + car allowance + cell allowance

Responsibilities

Essential Functions :

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Private Sector Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with the sales process. This entails the following :

  • Account breaking by strategizing account strategy, establishing MSAs, and completing net new business development
  • Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
  • Manage developed and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including Salesforce and Hoovers
  • Contact and meet with prospective customers to establish needs, hiring cycles, and build customer relationships
  • Prepare and present sales information and proposals for customers
  • Partner with Delivery team in identifying client needs, qualifying those needs, presenting top candidates, and collecting feedback

Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar majors OR Military experience OR 2-4 years of professional experience in B2B Sales (management experience preferred / not required)
  • Minimum 2+ years of successful experience selling directly in the private sector
  • 3+ years of experience breaking into new accounts
  • Ability to solve customer problems by leveraging a network of partners and market data points
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and professionalism
  • A desire for continuous growth and industry knowledge expansion
