What you’ll do
  1. Achieve monthly sales targets, including quantitative and qualitative targets and benchmarks.
  2. Manage existing salon customers and find new customer acquisitions within a set territory.
  3. Promote and sell-in new product innovations, bi-monthly promotions, and educational offers.
  4. Execute customer agreements and loyalty programs.
  5. Take stock & order, upsell, and increase share of wallet.
  6. Work with Education Manager to develop education plans supporting the territory plan.
  7. Sell education events: shows and hands-on cutting, coloring, and styling classes.
  8. Actively prospect for new business as agreed with RSM.
  9. Sell products & services according to commercial conditions, considering each brand's positioning.
  10. Attend and support all related customer needs to ensure successful development of all brands.
  11. Use Salonory (eB2B) to supplement customer sales calls and increase overall sales.
  12. Complete administrative tasks: adhere to a daily sales route plan with 8 customer calls per day and 2 NCA calls.
  13. Use required applications on eESF daily as outlined by the business.
  14. Set up and maintain customer data, including contact details and payment terms.
  15. Conduct quarterly sales performance review meetings with salon customers.
  16. Monthly detailing with Regional Education Manager.
  17. Attend bi-monthly sales meetings in the office and monthly virtual sales connects.
