In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her health by forgoing her own medicine to pay for her sick daughter’s prescription. The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with advisors and clients by effectively managing, servicing, and retaining an assigned block of group client accounts. The role involves acting as an advocate for GreenShield and delivering high-level customer satisfaction.
