Evanov Communications has an exciting opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, a love for learning, and a proven track record in generating new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new partnerships and growing existing client relationships across all available platforms for our radio brands, Z103.5, Hot Country 88.5, and AM530 CHLO in Toronto, Ontario. The role reports directly to the General Sales Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Recruit and retain new business tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and implement radio and digital strategies for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to provide superior service.
  • Create customized media campaigns and deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Achieve sales success by developing multi-media marketing solutions.
  • Report on digital campaign performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about digital technology trends.
  • Create and execute business plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with sales coordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions, and external partners to maximize client campaigns.

BRING YOUR ENERGY

  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills.
