Job description

Salary/Rate: To c£50,000 + on target bonus of £24,000 + benefits

Here you'll hit your sales targets with a joint strategy alongside a top-performing Business Development Manager. You’ll benefit from their expertise while focusing on a high-potential market segment, giving you a fast track to mastering offshore bonds and inheritance tax planning.

With your region already 137% of target year-to-date, you’ll be stepping into a winning position. Every region is in fact exceeding expectations, so you’ll build momentum from day one and enjoy a generous bonus tied to your performance (£24,000 for finishing "on target", paid quarterly).

Hybrid working gives you the flexibility to thrive. Spend two days in the office collaborating with other account managers and three days at home to focus on strategy and client engagement.

On top of that, you’ll get up to a 9% employer pension contribution (if you put in 6%), 4 x DIS and strong parental leave for both maternity and paternity. Salary is to c£50,000 but there are annual pay reviews.

What you'll do

You’ll work closely with an experienced BDM to promote a leading Offshore Bond product, as well as IHT planning solutions. These products are well-established and trusted, giving you a strong platform to build relationships and drive sales.

Your focus will be on financial planning firms across South Wales, Bristol, and the M4 corridor to Reading. You’ll take ownership of client strategies and shape them with your expertise, while also learning from a specialist market.

What you'll need

  • Experience in wealth management, ideally with onshore or offshore bonds
  • Strong background in intermediary or wealth sales
  • Confidence in developing client strategies and working towards ambitious targets

If you don't have sector experience you won't be considered. You do need to have sold products to IFAs/financial planners in the UK.
