Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to join the team for our Eastern Ontario district! The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining a client base as well as hunting new business. This role will involve traveling within Eastern Ontario and focus on developing a network within accounts and prospects to increase awareness of CH Field Services capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Track activities, opportunities, and accounts through CH tools, utilizing insights to craft strategies and cross-sell opportunities to create richer relationships with existing customers, cementing stickiness and provider-of-choice relationships.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives, highly focused on Field Services LOBs.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
  • Developing new business opportunities with existing and underpenetrated customers through prospecting, quoting and negotiating solutions.
  • Establishing industry contacts, activity cadence and adherence to growth strategy.
  • Build strategic account plans for all owned accounts to win business from competitors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction; interact with operations and customers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle disputes, conflicts and troubleshoot with clients.
  • Deliver effective contract and relationship management.
  • Document necessary customer information and interaction i.e. Salesforce
  • Uphold and role-model corporate values.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of related B2B sales/ Account Management / Business Development experience.
  • Previous experience working in Field Services or Industrial Services.
  • Waste management/Environmental services experience highly preferred.
  • Post Secondary in Environmental Science, chemistry or related preferred.
  • Valid G Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Exceptional business acumen, value selling and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, teamwork ability, and ability to influence others to produce sustainable relationships.
  • Salesforce Software experience required.
