Responsibilities

What you'll be doing as our new Account Manager (Customer Solutions & Enablement) :

  • You will be leveraging your prior experience and skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team to help clients meet business and program objectives by successful delivery of integrated, customized campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for contributing to full campaign execution and program development contributing to the growth and development of the account.
  • You will successfully lead briefing meetings with cross-functional teams and ensure all work is strategically planned, executed, and delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget.
  • You will develop and maintain trusted client relationships for all marketing campaign / program delivery
  • You will support the Solutions Enablement Team with the development of creative briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and budget estimates as required
  • You will develop and maintain current knowledge of client’s business, objectives, products, programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
  • You will ensure effective integration of cross-functional teams ranging from creative, strategy, and data to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies
  • You will collaborate with the broader Solutions Enablement Team to understand the digital landscape and platform integration that complements marketing communication efforts
  • You will oversee every element of the project throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • You will proactively manage Client and Agency expectations, project scope, and risks
  • You will be a leader on the Solutions Enablement Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • You will manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity

Qualifications

Experience that will help you succeed :

  • Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture, or science.
  • You have 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Agency experience is an asset or experience working with cross-functional teams.
