Job Summary :

The Account Manager manages client relationships and oversees project implementation. Reporting to the VP Operations, you will plan, organize, and direct client accounts to ensure successful project delivery and satisfaction. Your role involves expanding existing client relationships and attracting new clients while ensuring quality and profitability.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide advanced technical solutions for automation system design and implementation.
  • Address complex technical challenges, ensuring solutions meet client specifications and standards.
  • Oversee creation of design specifications, system architectures, and documentation.
  • Review and approve project team work.
  • Lead automation projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Mentor and support junior staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and feedback for professional growth.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients.
  • Understand client requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct reviews and audits for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments for project execution and problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related). Master’s or certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
  • 7-10 years in industrial automation, with 3-5 years in a senior/lead role. Proven project management success.
  • Knowledge of automation systems, control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and engineering tools.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication.
  • Experience managing complex engineering projects, including planning and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and deliver high-quality solutions.
