StackAdapt is a remote-first technology company empowering marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, you’ll manage post-sale client relationships, drive user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, and optimize campaigns across programmatic channels.

You will design campaign strategies, set up/traffic campaigns on the DSP, and provide regular KPI reporting while identifying upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network).
• Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or through a DSP as a self-serve user.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence.
• Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue.
• Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge.
• Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends.
• Experience working with complex databases is a plus.

• Analyze campaign performance and recommend new opportunities.
• Attend in-person and virtual meetings, QBRs, and training sessions.
• Provide strategic thought leadership as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Travel up to 20% of time.

Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in post-sales client relationships as it relates to user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention and account expansion opportunities. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross functional teams to maximize the campaign ROI of our customers. Additionally, this role will allow you to use your RTB/Programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and come up with unique solutions that ensure our clients are satisfied with their campaign performance.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company although we are requiring candidates be located in Western Canada, with a strong preference of someone in the Greater Vancouver area.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals

• Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
• Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
• Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency
• Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis
• In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
• Provide Strategic Thought Leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to your clients
• Travel up to 20% of time

What you'll bring to the table:

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
• Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.

Base Salary Band

$88,000 - $121,000 CAD
