Position Description

We are recruiting an Account Manager Associate for the Quebec City area. This is a tremendous opportunity for individuals who appreciate working on a highly interactive, engaged, and supportive surgical sales team. Applied Medical is a proven provider of opportunities for invested, talented performers in both rapid sales growth and upward promotion.

As an Account Manager covering Quebec City, you are an energetic and motivated self-starter. You enjoy establishing strong relationships with both new and existing clients and following up on leads. As a product expert, you understand what surgeons and their teams need and connect with them on a personal level. You will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  1. Accomplish quarterly quota objectives for your assigned territory.
  2. Manage the full breadth of products in your territory.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships and contacts in assigned accounts.
  4. Provide the highest levels of support and service to your accounts.

Position Requirements

  1. 3+ years of professional B2B sales experience with formal sales training.
  2. Medical device sales experience preferred but not required.
  3. You have demonstrated the ability to establish professional relationships with key decision-makers in operating theatres and procurement departments.
  4. You have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. You are a driven and enthusiastic self-starter with a passion to win.
  6. Proven goal-oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive.
  7. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  8. Must live in Quebec.
  9. CRM knowledgeable.
  10. 4-year Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in business, science, or nursing.
  11. Applied Medical Field Team Members must be able to meet third-party credentialing requirements, which may include but are not limited to COVID-19 vaccination.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities in the market and discuss with management.
  2. Supervise market trends, including competitors, device growth, and new technologies.
  3. Upload contacts, leads, and activities in CRM with complete and useful information.
  4. Collaborate with teams and areas to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  5. Assist in workshops or congresses when support is requested.
