Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | No relocation assistance
Hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Travel: less than 10%, primarily regional, occasional US travel

Our client in the aerospace industry is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Montreal, QC. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, overseeing repair, manufacturing, and engineering projects from initial request to final delivery. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, negotiating repair costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, particularly in aerospace or other highly regulated technical industries, with experience handling aircraft components or similar high-value products. Account Manager (Aerospace exp req) Responsibilities

  1. Manage repair, manufacturing, and engineering projects from RFQs to delivery
  2. Negotiate repair costs and ensure timely approvals
  3. Oversee project completion, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments
  4. Communicate progress updates and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
  5. Identify and develop upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  6. Lead RFPs/RFQs and ensure accurate cost estimates
  7. Define recovery actions and risk mitigation strategies
  8. Track key performance indicators and conduct post-mortem project reviews
