Position Overview

As an Account Manager (Business Development Manager) at Collavion, you will play a key role in growing our client base. You’ll engage directly with decision-makers in target industries, uncover hiring needs, and position Collavion as their go-to recruitment partner. This role blends sales, client relationship management, and strategic consulting, ideal for someone passionate about people, solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Growth, Client Engagement & Relationship Management, Solution Selling, Collaboration & Strategy, Reporting & Metrics.
  • Identify and engage new clients across North America.
  • Conduct outreach via calls and emails to generate leads.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide consultative talent solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure delivery success.
  • Maintain pipelines, proposals, and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven qualification with a bachelor’s / master’s degree in business or related courses.
  • Experience in sales, client-facing roles, business development, or account management, preferably in staffing industry, talent services, or recruitment.
  • A strong communicator with a client-first mindset.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a flexible, fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment processes, or CRM tools is a plus.
