Join to apply for the Account Manager role at Corus Entertainment

Corus is currently seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our team in Toronto for a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will drive integrated digital sales (social, influencer, sponsorships, etc.) within the National Revenue team. This role reports to the Director, National Revenue.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to, identify, proactively pursue, and develop integrated advertising business opportunities with agency partners and direct clients.
  2. Assess client KPIs and consider Corus' value proposition to provide creative solutions across our portfolio.
  3. Book integrated media campaigns using Ad Book (OES) and Salesforce once sold.
  4. Be proficient in social platforms, social pitching, and influencer media.
  5. Understand OTT space and sales offerings including Global TV App, STACKTV, PlutoTV.
  6. Represent Digital Media priorities internally and collaborate with Broadcast Sales, Client Marketing, So.da, Kin, and other teams to deliver cohesive pitches.
  7. Monitor and assess campaigns, recommending future programs.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service internally and externally.
  9. Work with Digital Project Managers, Ad Operations, and Client Services to ensure seamless project delivery.
  10. Manage a territory with accurate revenue forecasting.
Skills and Experience:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Sales, including Video, Display, Data, Programmatic, Social, and Sponsorship sales.
  2. Experience in developing and presenting digital media concepts.
  3. Self-motivated with strong work habits and time management skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player.
  5. Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  6. Experience with Google Ad Manager, Ad Book, and Salesforce or equivalents.
  7. Strong analytical skills to assess digital media success.
