Work Model : Hybrid (4 days in office)

Position Summary :

As a National Account Manager representing United Trimen you are a seasoned sales professional that understands the dynamics of the foodservice / Equipment / Smallwares industry. You are passionate about your customers success and are able to balance it with the needs of the organization. You understand and have an appreciation for the fresh category and are creative in finding solutions. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Essential Functions :

Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer business and account related issues. Coordinates resources to present one face to the customer.

Define and execute a sales strategy for National customers that focuses on new business increased sales and profitability

Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information identify trends that affect current and future growth

Collaborate with GFS and cross-functional teams to provide a consistent approach to the customer

Facilitate customer business reviews

Maintains peer relationships in the field to share best practices and ideas.

Review monthly reports to ensure contract compliance and profitability.

Utilize and apply customer profitability and pricing models to negotiate customer agreements.

Represent United Trimen at Industry Trade Shows

Work on a variety of customer projects such as new product implementation promotional activity and general product management

Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

Excellent follow up and attention to detail

Exceptional communication skills

Must have proven ability for developing new business

Strong leadership skills including working with a variety of people at all levels of business

Strong analytical skills and experience

A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team

Must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
