    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service;
    • Maintain accurate customer records and account activities within the CRM.
  • Account Growth

  • Quote & Project Coordination
    • Coordinate with the Estimating team to ensure customer quotations are prepared, delivered, tracked, and followed up on in a timely manner;
    • Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Service teams to support the successful transition of awarded work into execution;
    • Keep customers informed throughout the quoting and project lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and follow-up between customers and internal teams.
  • Business Development Support
    • Support the Senior Business Development Manager through market research, proposal preparation, and customer presentations;
    • Coordinate customer meetings, events, and welcome packages;
    • Follow up on assigned leads and provide administrative support for business development initiatives;
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring

The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and passionate about building long-term customer relationships. You thrive in a customer-focused environment, enjoy connecting with people, and are confident picking up the phone to engage with customers as well as visiting customer sites to strengthen relationships and better understand their needs. You are a proactive self-starter who takes initiative, is intrinsically motivated to succeed, and takes pride in delivering results while continuously looking for ways to add value for both customers and the business.
